2014 Blog Year Stats

Love that WordPress will compile at stats report for you if you’re using their hosted version.

As with previous years, the most visits in a day are from Code4Lib, although the most views in a day is less than previous years. Of course, the most popular post that day was a Code4Lib one.

Also very random is that one of the top 5 referrers is an asian fanfic site, but apparently someone linked to a conference blog post I have where I have a picture of an ermine, and instead of linking to the picture (which is on imgur), they linked to my post. Quite funny.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 25,000 times in 2014. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 9 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
