Notes from the breakout session discussing the Code4libBC event itself
- how to have the intermediary discussions
 - how to get people to know enough about each side in order to have good conversation
 - the gathering is very diverse; the more diversity, the more we all learn
 - communications is not easy, so it’s a good opportunity
 - this year has a lot of archivists attending
 - the name has good/bad perceptions cause people to come in and push others away
 - diversity in terms of location, type of organization, responsibility
 - a single track vs. multi track where only choose what you think might be interested in
 - what do people want to get from this?
 - make it more unconference and less structure
 - have enough rooms for breakouts, enough space
 - how to continue human connections: email list? twitter list? wiki contact page?
 - consider hosting elsewhere? surrey? ufv? uvic?
 - encourage people to include glossary, explain abbreviations
 - description of how it works on wiki page
